Andorra Telecom renewed its certifications for quality, the environment, natural disaster prevention and information security in 2018.

The ISO 9001 standard - the highest benchmark in terms of quality, evaluates continuous improvement throughout the entire organisation while ensuring the satisfaction of all customers through the client experience.

As regards the environment, we also obtained re-certification for all the actions we carried out: environmental data analysis, training and studies on environmental impacts have enabled the company to confirm its commitment towards the environment.

As regards risk prevention at work, the renewal shows the company’s clear desire to continue working and improving to prevent injuries and accidents among its employees. At the same time, internal promotion of a healthy lifestyle within made it possible to increase employee satisfaction, making them aware of the importance of health and safety.

Finally, we obtained Information Security Management certification from AENOR, based on the ISO 27001: 2013 standard, which guarantees that the policies applied guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, availability and traceability of information.
